Is alcohol included?

No. By Florida state Law, we cannot sell any beverage containing alcohol. This includes beer, wine, and most liqueurs. However, our mobile bartender service team provides our clients with enough information for them to purchase alcoholic beverages from our trusted retail partners at their convenience.

What if I only want mocktails?

Mocktails are always an option no matter the occasion but it does not lower the price. Even if there is no alcohol being added to your beverage it still requires all of the ingredients included in our packages.

Can we do a tasting?

We currently do not offer tastings. After your retainer is paid, you will receive access to our signature drink menu and our team of professionals will work meticulously behind the scenes to curate your perfect event bar.

How do we know how much alcohol we will need?

We will do the calculations for you! Our team has been apart of numerous events and have established a formula to help calculate the amount of alcohol that is needed and estimated retail costs. By doing so our clients are able to either keep or return any unused alcohol and save hundreds of dollars.

what is included in the price?

Both FL sales tax and services fees will be included in your invoice. These fees are not considered gratuity for the staff and there will be a tip jar displayed on the bar at your event. If you do not want a tip jar at your event and would prefer to tip our staff separately please let us know.

how far in advance do we need to book?

We suggest booking our service as soon as you have secured your venue and confirmed that they allow outside bar service. Our clients typically book within 3-6 months in advance.

how can we secure our date?

We require a nonrefundable retainer of 50% of your total invoice and a signed contract to secure your event date. Final payment is due 30 days before your event date. Payment plans are available upon request.
